And in addition, unlike any others ever before offered, eahc print is hand signed by ralph mcquarrie himself. At each of teh last three star wars celebrations, the art of ralph mcquarrie produced two 11 x 17 concept art prints limited to 125 individually numbered copies showcasing two of ralph mcquarrie's original star wars production painting concepts from original pencil drawing to finished painting.
These include the droids in the desert, darth vader's lightsaber duel, the stormtrooper, the tie fighter cockpit, luke overlooking mos eisley and docking bay 94. A 7th, unused print was created and later unused for celebration europe featuring darth vader and boba fett with our heroes on bespin from the empire strikes back. Rather than being destroyed, that print was made available exclusiveyl through star wars shop. Each prnit individually sold for $40-55. All prints include a printed facsimile signature of ralph mcquarrie in addition this very rare set of 7 prints have each been hand signed by ralph mcquarrie himself. Having a matching numbered set of 7 prints is nearly impossible, in particular due to the limited availability of the third europe print. Having a matching set of the first print in each series is the most desireable set you could own.
